There are many things about this luggage I like and was pleased with. I don't like the "spinner" luggage so I was looking for something with rollerblade wheels that would be durable and last. The wheels are great, the handles are not. The luggage came three days before our Christmas trip to Hawaii. Looked great when we arrived in Hawaii, but when I retrieved the luggage back in Washington the handle was broken on the 29" piece. My custom luggage tag, which was a gift from friends, was missing as well. There is a clause in the guarantee they will not cover abuse by airlines. So I am out of luck getting it replaced or repaired by US Traveler. I had seen a review on another website where this happened to someone else. I should have heeded that warning. Of course the airlines won't do anything for you either. So if you're going to be traveling on a US airline think twice before purchasing this set. They look great, but do not wear well.
