I've had this pack out twice now, and I'm delighted with it. Very comfortable loaded up to 27 lbs or so (maybe more -- haven't tried). No bottom or side access to the main compartment, but lots of very functional exterior pockets. Gregory packs tend to fit a more curved spine like mine better than any other brand I've tried, and that's true for the Fury.
