Theses are perfect for yoga, not great for running-but then that's not what they're designed for. When I run in these the do fall down, and I look like an idiot running and pulling up my pants. But they stretch in all directions and are opaque-perfect for yoga. They hold up well in the wash without pilling(I would suggest skipping the dryer). 4 stars instead of 5 because they don't have quite the strong structure as other yoga pants do- but they're still great especially for the price.
