Pros:
- For under $100, this is a decent-sized nylon hobo bag. Can definitely fit lots of larger items, including files and probably a laptop. (But a 3-ring binder won't quite fit in it; the binder is a bit too tall for the bag).
- Has great interior organization. One side has 2 slip pockets that are hidden inside a larger slip pocket, and the other side has a zipper pocket.
- It's hard to see in the online photo, but the bag has 4 metal feet on the bottom.
- Comes with a cross-body strap as well as carry handles. The carry handles fit over your shoulder.

Cons:
- Hardware feels tacky and cheap.
- Nylon quality is just "ok," but is not as nice as MZ Wallace or Longchamp.
- Front zipper pockets are somewhat awkward to use, because you can't really open them while carrying the bag -- the stuff inside the pockets will fall out. I think this is due to the angle of the pockets.
