I have had the bag for about three weeks, and I love it. My favorite feature by far is the top flap. Even when it is snapped shut, you can fold an edge of the flap aside and reach the items in the front pockets. If I am carrying a lot of stuff, I can still just reach in for my keys one-handed without opening the whole bag. It's a small thing, but I appreciate it.
