Okay. I typically wear a size 6 in jackets/blazers, etc. However, I am top-heavy so if I have any concern at all that things may be tight across the bust, I generally go up by one size. So, that puts me in the size 8 category. I figured a Medium should suffice, but it is still VERY SMALL. I cannot imagine what a small is like!

Anyway, the jacket is so cute and well-made that I am exchanging my Medium for a Large. I will update this review if even that is too small.
