I am giving this item four stars only because I was able to easily cut the front braid detail off and sew it on again evenly. It was so crooked out of the bag it was ridiculous! Unlike the other reviewer, I had no problems getting the wrinkles out. I used a garmet steamer and it was fine. The costume does run extremely small and you need to add a petticoat for it to look nice and full. We bought some candy cigarettes on Amazon (the bubble gum kind) to fill the tray and it was a great party conversation starter. We did not buy the hat. Frankly for the cost, it should be included! We used a rhinestone ostrich feather clip and black gloves and the costume was the hit of the party :)
