I purchased this skirt from Roamans, not having ordered from Roamans before, I went by my measurements, which I take accurately and know how to use them to purchase from other sites. The skirt got returned for a one 2 sizes smaller and it's still too big. They not only deducted my shipping they also deducted a $7.50 "return fee" which they "courteously" refunded after I got upset about it.
