The product itself is beautful, but the purse is just too small for me. I have contacted eBags 4x as you must get a "return authorization" before you can return this item. I had found another bag from eBags that I liked and was going to order that I believe would have been better suited for me. However, I am still WAITING to hear from eBags to get my return authorization. I have rec'd several response emails from eBags stating "my request had been received" but that's it. For heavens sake how difficult is it to send back a return authorization number? I am definitely never going to buy anything else from eBags if this is the return process and customer service you receive. I am sending my 5th request as I want my return on this bag. If you like this purse that's great because it is a beautiful bag but if you ever want to return anything to this company eBags- good luck trying to get them to assist you. I am very upset with this company eBags and will never deal with them again. Frustrated.....
