This ultimate gym backpack keeps everything separate and accessible. It can stand or hang in most gym lockers. This bag is also a great size for overnight travel. It is made with two shelves which create three compartments. The bottom compartment is intended for shoes and has vents for air circulation. The middle shelf is for the toiletry bag and/or wet bag. The upper compartment is enclosed in mesh to keep everything in its place and is a good spot for your clean clothes. There is one mesh Zipper pocket on the inside and two outside zipper pockets. There is also a convenient cell phone pouch on the backpack strap and a water bottle holder. Easy to wipe clean. Dimensions: 9"w x 18"h x 14"d. Fits up to men's shoe size 14 (women's 16).

After assembling the shelves, the bag took its shape. Everything I need for the gym fits perfectly in the bag and the bag fits perfectly in the lockers at the gym. As others have mentioned in their reviews, the storage area on the shoulder strap works perfectly for storing an i.d. card &/or a credit card , but it would never be able to hold a phone. You can fit a pair of shoes and a pair of "shower shoes" in the section designed for the shoes, (with the shoes on their sides). You do have to keep a pair of shoes in the bottom section, for the bag to keep its shape and not collapse, when setting the bag on the ground. The area for clothes is large enough for 2-3 days worth of clothes. The "wet bag" that comes with the bag works great. The toiletry bag, (sold separately), also works great. The shoulder straps make the bag very comfortable to carry. I have not had any problems with the zippers, (designers must have listened to earlier reviews). Already have had several people ask about the bag. Overall, just a great bag.
