illumiNITE Men's Triathlon Jacket (Slate Blue, Large) Review

I really wanted to like this jacket, but I am not exaggerating when I say I could feel the humidity go up the moment I put this jacket on. The cut was also not very flattering (it is too long over all and the strange "square" cutness of everything just looks awkward on my medium-slim athletic frame. I really wanted to like it because of the price and the number of extra features like pockets and thumbholes. The illumnite feature itself was ok. It is mostly applied to the underarm torso area, about 30% of the jacket. It only shows up at night and when a headlight shines directly at it, not showing up when it catches it "from an angle." Hard to describe. I ended up returning this and paying an extra $25 for a Sugoi Versa jacket. It was much lighter, ridiculously more breathable and looked much much better on the body. It was well worth the extra money.
