I've always loved metal mesh products, to the point where I've considered ordering my own metal mesh fabrics and trying to make "something" out of them. But that always seems daunting. I've been looking for something clutch-like, that would allow me to carry the following items on a daily basis:

Epi-Pen
Smartphone
Small pillbox (very small)
Few credit cards/license

Something that would easily fit inside my bigger bag when I needed to go on longer jaunts, without having to empty it all and re-organize in my bigger bag. The Epi-Pen is always the dealbreaker on small handbags for me. But the measurements of the "Rings" convertible clutch seemed to indicate that all of my items would fit. The box just arrived from UPS and I rushed to stuff it with my things.

As with all Whiting & Davis products, this is a beautifully-designed and -constructed item. I love the look of it (I'd ordered the Pewter). LOVE it. The detachable long crossbody chain is substantial, and while it adds to the weight of the otherwise-lightweight bag, it also keeps the appearance unified. Unfortunately, I can't fit all my stuff in there. Without the phone, everything else fits; without the Epi-Pen, everything else fits. I've done a little more accurate measuring and if I want something to hold all four items it really needs to be about an inch taller than this.

But this is a sleek and lovely metal mesh clutch/crossbody. I recommend it, even though I personally can't use it.
