I bought this carry on for International travel. The wheels roll nicely and the interior is fine, however, it does not comply with International travel size regulations as the rollers add an additional 2 inches to the length. So beware travelers a 20 inch carry-on is what you need to buy in order to comply with regulations. I had to return the item and pay for return postage. Refund of luggage through Amazon was prompt. Remember when ordering luggage with spinner wheels for International use request overall dimensions.
